Q1: I do not know about this machine, is it suitable for me to clean my workpiece?
A: We will help you and give you the suggestion, you can share us what material of your workpiece and what impurity will you clean and the impurity thickness.
Q2: What’s package, will it protect the products?
A: we have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.
Q3: What payment terms can you accept?
A: Any payment is possible for us, like TT, Western Union, Cash etc.
Q4: If some problems happen to this machine,what should I do?
We provides one year warranty and lifetime maintenance. Free repair for mechanical failure and parts damage (no human factors and force majeure factors) under warranty (replacement parts except wearing parts are provides by Horizon Laser free of charge). Charging at cost when out of warranty.
